"My focus is to work with women at any stage of their lives, but particularly during the pregnancy and postpartum stage. I have recently incorporated Maya Massage into my practice and I find it an incredible modality for women. My classes and teaching include Hypnobabies, a childbirth education course for pregnant women, Infant Massage classes for parents, Women's Yoga classes. The prenatal yoga classe on Saturday morning is my all time favorite!....as well as the postnatal yoga where I get to see all the babies!

I really do thrive on my studies! and list them here only so you can form an idea of where my interests are. I started out taking many yoga classes from many different teachers in the LA area  (back in the 90s when I lived there) as well as taking a Teacher's training in 1999. When I moved to Portland with my husband Todd in 2000 I enrolled at East West College of the Healing Arts. Other studies over the years include Spiritual healing courses with Clearsight, Reiki I & II with Sheila King, courses in pregnancy massage with Carole Osborne-Sheets, Craniosacral Therapy with Ursula Popp, Craniosacral Therapy for Infants with Carol Gray, Postpartum Doula training with Kimberly Bepler. I became a Certified Instructor of Infant Massage with Kalena Babeshoff of the Foundation for Healthy Family Living in 2002, and a Certified Hypnobabies Instructor in 2005. I am now working on my Maya Abdominal Massage certification!"
