Adriane's Birth StoryJust writing with my new email address and with news of our baby, Ryan Merrick McDermott, born on his due date, Tuesday March 4. He's six days old today, beautiful of course, and doing really well. Sorry I dropped off the pre natal yoga radar last few weeks...but you'll be happy to know that your yoga and good advice helped tremendously to have a third (and final!) natural childbirth.
