She is here everyone!

So...details. For starters just didn't make it to (prenatal yoga) class that day b/c Luke and I were doing some "nesting". Luke got a 3 day weekend and we too advantage of being together and getting stuff done around the house. Totally meant to e-mail you figuring you guys were all wondering.
Started having contractions on a walk early Monday (the 25th) but didn't realize
what was happening until about 3 or 4 o'clock when they started to get stronger
and closer together. Still wasn't 100% sure this was the real thing so we went to New Seasons and came home and made dinner, all the while bending over with discomfort with every contraction.
About 7 o'clock I think I finally realized I was having contractions and decided to time them. They were about 5-6 minutes apart. Luke had a soccer game at 8 and would be home shortly after 9. I was totally okay with him going, so sent him. Then by 8:30 I was having contractions at 2-2.5 mins. Eek! When he walked in the door I told him he had 3 minutes to shower b/c the show was beginning!
We got to OHSU by 10. By 10:15 we were in our room, I was at 3 cm. Waters broke while vomiting! Oh my goodness, what a sensation that was!
I spent 2 hours vomiting and contracting really strong and fast with no time to relax so spent about 2 hours with my entire body tense. With several contractions Ivy's heart-rate would drop so they put me on oxygen and hooked her up to a scalp monitor.
Just after midnight the anesthesiologist came in and offered an epidural(at 6 cm). I had wanted to go natural but sounded really good after 2 hours of being tense and starting to feel really exhausted. I said I would think about it and anesthesiologist said she would go and get her stuff while I thought about it. So, got the epidural and am so thankful I did! Started to relax after about 20 minutes.
About an hour later at 1:30 started feeling contractions really low in bum area. 8 cm. Nurse said to call her in when I started feeling them as a constant with no breaks. At 2:50ish called her in (10 cm). Ready to go! Started pushing at 2:55. Ivy's heart rate was unstable so they used the vacuum. (At the end her heart-rate dropped to 50! I was not aware of this during pushing. Thank goodness!)
Started pushing at 2:55 she was out by 3:13 a.m. Umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck and body. Docs took her over to a table in the room and worked on her/monitored her for about 30 mins. Got her stable then I got to hold her for about 1 minute while they explained to me that she had fluid in her lungs and they needed to take her to another room for a little while.
So they took her, Luke went with. I was actually quite calm and was okay with what was happening. There wasn't a negative/urgent/scary vibe happening and I had lots of faith in the team working on her so I knew she would be fine. Almost 45 minutes later they brought her back and all was well. :)
Long story short. Aprox 12 hours of labor with 18 minutes of pushing. Healthy baby girl! Happy family!!
This last week has been amazing! Ivy is AMAZING! She is a super good sleeper and eater, all I could really ask for.
Sorry this took so long for me to get to you, I actually started a couple days ago but my hands a pretty busy these days so took a little longer than I thought. And hopefully it makes sense!
Can't wait to do postnatal!
