JJ's story
Just wanted to say thanks to you and all the ladies for the kind thoughts and blessings on Saturday's class...they seemed to work! I started contracting in the middle of the night that night and continued thru Sunday until early evening when they started picking up in frequency and intensity.
We left for the hospital around 11 p.m., they did a labor check and moved me upstairs around 12:30 am. James arrived an hour and a half later! He weighs 6 lbs. 15 oz. and has a beautiful head of brown/auburn hair.Labor moved very quickly we were happy to arrive home from the hospital yesterday.
I'm looking forward to post-natal yoga.
