Katie's Birth Story
Hi Vittoria,
I wanted to let you know that Jason and I welcomed Gabrielle Nikole Mims into this world on Christmas morning at 08:37 a.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is an angel and we could not have imagined loving her more. Labor ended up being about 13 hours total and worth every minute of it! I know that yoga helped me tremendously with breathing and focusing my energy in a positive manner!
