Sonya's Birth Story
I just wanted to let you know I had my baby!
She was born at home on Father's Day after a 3 hour labor :)
Here are her stats!
Yael (pronounced Ya-el) no middle name yet!
8lbs 6oz, 20 3/4"
Born 6/21/09 @ 9:17am at home in water.
I would be happy to come to prenatal yoga and tell my story in the next few weeks.
I am feeling great and I know yoga played a large role in that. My husband kept reminding me to do my yoga breathing during labor and it really helped me!
